These terms set out the rules for the provision of services by electronic means through the agromalz.pl website. We prepared them in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
1. Definitions
- Service Provider: AGRO-MALZ Piotr Malz, Wocławy 10R, 83-020 Cedry Wielkie, Tax ID (NIP) 9571008399, Business registry no. (REGON) 386782756, e-mail biuro@agromalz.pl.
- Website: the website available at agromalz.pl.
- User: any person using the Website.
- Services: the services provided by electronic means described in point 3.
2. General provisions
Using the Website is voluntary and free of charge. By starting to use a given Service, the User accepts these terms.
3. Types and scope of services
Within the Website, the Service Provider provides the following services:
- Browsing content: access to information about the farm, the offer and blog posts.
- Contact form: enables sending an enquiry to the Service Provider.
- Newsletter: periodic sending of information about the offer and news to the e-mail address provided, after consent has been given.
4. Technical requirements
To use the Website you need:
- a device with internet access,
- a current web browser with JavaScript support enabled,
- an active e-mail account (for the contact form and the newsletter).
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Website works correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to short technical breaks.
5. Conditions for the provision of services
The User is subject to a prohibition on supplying unlawful content. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, good practice and these terms, and in particular not to send content infringing the rights of third parties or to take actions disrupting the operation of the Website.
6. Conclusion and termination of the service agreement
- Browsing content: the agreement is concluded upon entering the website and terminated upon leaving it.
- Contact form: the agreement is concluded upon sending the message and ends upon a response being given or correspondence being concluded.
- Newsletter: the agreement is concluded upon signing up and confirming consent, and the User may terminate it at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in the message or by contacting the Service Provider.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website and the Services may be submitted to the Service Provider's e-mail address given in point 1. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details. The Service Provider examines complaints within up to 14 days and informs of the outcome at the address provided.
8. Personal data
The rules for processing Users' personal data are described in the Privacy Policy, and the rules for using cookies in the Cookie Policy.
9. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, including the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The Service Provider may amend the terms for important reasons (e.g. a change in regulations or the scope of Services); the current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is given at the top of the document.
