We grow onions, potatoes, beetroot and cereals on more than 400 ha in Żuławy, in Wocławy near the Tricity. Onions are our specialty, and we harvest around 60 tonnes per hectare.
We work with GlobalG.A.P. and GRASP certificates, and we run the farm according to Integrated Plant Production principles. We check every batch and test for residues of pesticides, heavy metals and substances harmful to health.
We grow onions on around 50 ha and harvest about 60 tonnes per hectare. We have our own storage for around 1,300 tonnes, so we can supply onions for most of the year, not only in season.
We grow Innovator potatoes, a classic for fries and crisps, with a high dry-matter content. It is the same variety Farm Frites uses.
