## FAQ

### How do onions from sets differ from spring-sown onions?
We plant them from small bulbs (sets) instead of seeds. That head start means they grow faster and come off the field in early summer, weeks before spring-sown onions.

### When are onions from sets available?
From early summer. They open our onion season, then we move on to spring-sown onions and stored produce. That way we have onions all year round.

### Which set onion varieties do you grow?
We mostly grow Takmark, Comae, Kristine, Medusa and Bonus. From red sets we grow Red Baron and Ruby Star.
